Photochemical etching enables our manufacturers to produce parts from 0.0005 in. (0,0127mm) to 0.1250 in. (3.175mm) thick in materials from titanium to aluminum, Beryllium copper to tungsten.
Precision shims used by defense and aerospace contractors for leveling or balancing missiles, optics, wheels, and more are available in thicknesses from 0.0005 in. (0.0127 mm) to 0.150 in. (3.175mm).
