We are proud to announce the promotion of Jon Mills to Vice President of Business Development for TPC. 

In this expanded role, Jon will lead and coordinate business development efforts across Fotofab, Microphoto, Photofabrication Engineering (PEI), Elcon Precision, and E-Fab.

“With Jon at the helm, we expect to elevate the portfolio further, strengthen collaboration across brands, and accelerate growth across the broader TPC organization,” says Group President Roy Barnes. “Please join me in congratulating Jon on his new role as we continue to focus on our customers, our people, our processes, and sustainable growth.”

Jon most recently served as Business Development Manager at Fotofab, where he drove growth through a customer-focused approach and aligned the engineering, operations, and commercial teams. He emphasized rapid prototyping solutions that enabled quick design validation while ensuring scalability into production.

Before joining Fotofab, Jon spent 15 years in the automation and sensor industry, representing Swiss and German manufacturers and delivering complex OEM solutions across global supply chains.

Jon holds a degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, combining a strong technical foundation with a strategic, market-driven approach to manufacturing and partnership development.
