The Start
The inspiration to form The Partner Companies came in 1997 when Dan Brumlik and Scott Bekemeyer saw an opportunity to bring together a strategic network of specialty manufacturers.
Brumlik and Bekemeyer identified several key characteristics of the companies they looked to bring into the new firm — industry expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative perspective, and stellar reputation for customer service.
TPC launched with the idea that partnership leads to success — a philosophy that lives on and grows as TPC’s reach expands.

The TPC Mission
The Partner Companies is a global network of specialty manufacturers dedicated to delivering mission-critical solutions that answer our customers’ biggest challenges.
We serve leaders in the aerospace, defense, energy, medical, technology, EV & auto, and telecom industries.

A History of Growth
What started in 1997 with the acquisition of Fotofab in Chicago, Illinois, has grown into an international consortium with operating companies in the United States, China, and Wales that delivers comprehensive solutions designed to change the world.
TPC companies offer expertise in manufacturing mission-critical precision parts, components, and assemblies for leading defense, medical, aerospace, clean energy, and technology companies.
Our network specializes in niche processes, including photochemical etching, ceramic metalization, crystal growth, and electropolishing. Further, TPC’s operating companies are experts in core manufacturing capabilities such as injection molding, machining, metal fabrication, and finishing.
TPC is following a long-term strategy of identifying, evaluating, and acquiring companies that expand its capabilities and capacity to best serve its customers.
