Chicago – May 4, 2026 – The Partner Companies (TPC) has announced Kaitlyn Frasor as Strategic Marketing Director amid continued scale and strong business momentum. In this role, Frasor will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive marketing framework that activates the strengths of TPC’s 11 manufacturing brands.

Frasor brings a strong track record of accelerating growth for multi-brand manufacturing organizations through integrated, data-driven campaigns and high-impact partnerships to attract new customers and drive revenue. Her ability to lead strategic marketing efforts across multiple business units will help TPC drive brand consistency, standardize marketing processes and lead with messaging that elevates the company’s strongest capabilities to support growth and enterprise value creation.

She also led digital marketing strategies for enterprise clients during her time at AmericanEagle.com. Frasor brings nearly eight years of experience, and she received a Bachelor of Science in integrated marketing communications from Illinois State University.
